  TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. This is my 2nd time going to this location and BOTH times there were issues. Last week, I had gone through the drive thru- the young girl at the drive thru was super rude, they also messed up my order. Today, I went and this will be the last time I go to this location. (Keep in mind last week I was able to use Apple Pay on my phone- in the drive through- no issues....) Today the "manager" Diana said that I needed to hand her my phone because I could not scan it from where I was sitting (mind you- I'm looking at the cord length as she's holding it) she's literally arguing with me telling me that she needs my phone or else I need to come in because the cord isn't long enough...? She definitely had "slack" with the cord- she was 100% being difficult. and last week there was no issue with the lady holding the card reader out the drive through window for me to scan it....? So I'm a little confused... super rude. Terrible customer service. If I was the owner of this location I'd be embarrassed. You need workers with better customer service. 2 issues at the only 2 times I've been to this location. Highly doubt I'm the only one running into this bad customer service here.

  I’m always giving them another chance . I prefer going to Ventura road because this location , there is a female who when at the drive thru order intercom , constantly interrupts after saying an item order , “and what else “! Or “is that it “ like lady I will tell you when I’m done . Her responses are causing mistakes and incorrect ordering items for orders ! Anyone who works with customers needs to have Custer service experience ! Stop being rude and inpatient . Also, come on now ! The food quality!! Is horrible ! Nothing is ever fresh ! If the adults are in charge what are you showing the younger generation looking at what you’re teaching them ! I live across literally !! And I prefer to take the drive to Ventura Rd like I said before . 3 tiny princes of crumbs of ground beef on my burrito supreme is a JOKE! Yeah I counted . The rest was sludge . Sour crème wilted lettuce and taco sauce! We spent $46! Yeah I’m complaining I should be cooking blah blah blah ! I do cook! Very well actually ! But what I do with my money and my time is my business and I’m trying to give this company business and these poor kids some work ! It’s sad to see businesses that have been around before I was born go to crap because of lazy management! If you can’t be patient and cook /heat things properly and serve a good amount of meat that belongs on the entree DONT WORK HERE ! ohh and PLEASE Bring back the enchirito!

  They refuse to help you at the counter. Forcing you to use an ATM. You pay them $20 an hr and they become less helpful.
