  Service was horrible even after we had got $300 bottle service not surprised they are shutting down I got warned so many times about they’re service decided to ignore and payed the price never coming back !

  We went to coppers blue for cumbia night. They played regional mexican music most of the night. They played a few cumbia songs here and there.

  We ordered drinks—a couple of mojitos, to be specific—and paid for them to be made with rum, but we were served nothing but water with mint and lime. When we complained, the manager—who was very annoyed—replied that she had the best bartenders in the world and accused me of lying. She said she would check the security footage to put my mind at ease, but she never came back; instead, someone else came over and said they had seen the bottle being opened. Basically, I was ripped off, because five different people tasted my drink and everyone agreed it contained absolutely no alcohol.

  Amazing service from Dee. The place was very crowded for the Mexico vs Korea game and Dee was still able to give exceptional service with a beautiful bright smile. She’s a rock star! Thank you Dee for a wonderful experience with my bestie we had a blast

  Went in for a drink and our server was great! Very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. However, I believe the manager’s name was Tracy, she seemed to be standing nearby watching the server very closely throughout our visit. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and honestly made us feel bad for the server. When she brought out our drinks, we even apologized to her. After that, we finished up and decided to leave shortly afterward.
