- ARAngie Razo1 day ago3.0I went in today during my lunch to get a free entree with my rewards and I wasn’t able to get my burrito because there were charging the extra $ for the double meat I got BUT I’ve gotten free entrees three times before months ago and everything was fine all I get was a burrito white rice and double meat I understand that there is an extra cost for double meat but I’m using my rewards that give me a free entree I don’t understand why those three times I got it and this time I didn’t I truly was disappointed because I wasted my lunch time and gas. Very misleading when there’s no communication given specially when I live gotten it three times and out of a sudden I was told no

Didn’t apologize or anything. Then I asked for a side of sour cream and when an employee gave her a cup to use she pushed it to the side rudely and didn’t acknowledge it or them and grabbed her own cup. It’s amazing how they let just anyone be manager there. Please treat your employees and customers with respect Juana.
