- FPFernando PachecoJun 23, 20261.0I asked for fresh steak and the girl at the counter was really nice and willing to accommodate me and told me to wait which was fine but then the manager switched her and they ended up giving me the old steak that was right there. The security HEAVY manager guy always has an attitude when I go in not sure why, but he has the worst service ever! He literally just waisted my time by having me wait for fresh steak only to tell his employees to give me the old steak. The other employees were nice but the ENORMOUS manager needs to go!
- JVJuan VasquezJun 4, 20263.0I don't recommend the Beef Barbacoa. You'll get mostly Juice & just have fillers if you're trying to get protein Post-Gym otherwise you'll have to pay more for extra protein. Stick to Steak or Chicken.
- LLLizbethMay 29, 20261.0Came in to redeem a healthcare worker voucher. Ordered my food in person. When I wanted to redeem/pay I showed the voucher and the cashier and manager seemed like it’s the first time they heard about it. I believe these are a known promotion at least the staff should be aware that customers may arrive with these promotion vouchers. There was no urgency to help my situation. They said basically pay the bowl because we can’t override it to make the transaction easier and smooth. Instead I had to generate a solution and ask if I did an online order if it’ll work. They said try so I had to waste 5 minutes to put an online order of food I just ordered in person right in front of me. Awkward. The least they could do for the inconvenience is sub the extra protein I asked for. No accommodation and sad atmosphere. Would not come here would rather get CAVA in Ventura 👩🏽🍳
