    I would like to report an interaction I had with team member Ayanna at the drive-thru. This is the second time I have experienced what I felt was rude customer service from her, so I felt it was important to bring it to your attention. When I asked for a side of jalapeños at the drive-thru window, she made a comment to her coworkers that I could clearly hear: “Wow, now we have a line.” The remark made me feel as though my simple request was an inconvenience. When she handed me my order, the jalapeños were not in the bag. When I politely told her they were missing, she insisted they were already inside. After I checked and told her they were not, she grabbed the jalapeños and shoved them into my bag without an apology or acknowledgment. I was genuinely shocked . I understand that working in a busy drive-thru can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Since this is the second negative experience I’ve had with the same employee, I felt it was important to report it in hopes that it can be addressed.

    This is my home Chick Fil A and the experience I had the other day was a reminder as to why it’s my favorite one. The cashier gave all my kids the little cows and her kindness made the rest of my day. I messed up my order and forgot to order one sandwich and she got it out so fast so we could all eat there together. The service here is what keeps me coming back!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I did a mobile drive thru order to treat my kids for the last day of school. Spent $98.17 which I am happy to do so if I was given great service. Unfortunately that was not the case. After checking in they made me drive up past the window to wait. (I get it, keep cars moving so their “drive thru scores” don’t suffer) but then the problems started…15 minutes later they bring me literally just half the order, so they go back inside and 5 minutes later they come out again..surprise still missing items…5 minutes later..they come back and give me a free sandwich card for my troubles. By now my kids food had been waiting for 25 minutes. I calmly voiced my concerns about cold food, the person said “no problem, what’s your order number I will refund the entire order right away” well guess what, still no refund more than 24hrs later and half the food we had to throw out since we had no choice but to microwave it when we got home. Thanks a lot Chic Fil A, for lying to me and hope you appreciate the $100 I practically donated to your establishment. I probably spend over $2500+ at your establishment every year. But due to your lie, I wish you all the best since I will never be placing another order from your restaurant again and It will be my pleasure to share my experience with people I know to avoid this headache.

    Third time I’ve been here when the drive thru wait has been wayyyy longer than it should have been. They weren’t even busy and there was one car ahead of us but still took forever to get the two vehicles handled.
