This is the second time I have experienced what I felt was rude customer service from her, so I felt it was important to bring it to your attention. When I asked for a side of jalapeños at the drive-thru window, she made a comment to her coworkers that I could clearly hear: “Wow, now we have a line.” The remark made me feel as though my simple request was an inconvenience. When she handed me my order, the jalapeños were not in the bag. When I politely told her they were missing, she insisted they were already inside. After I checked and told her they were not, she grabbed the jalapeños and shoved them into my bag without an apology or acknowledgment. I was genuinely shocked . I understand that working in a busy drive-thru can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Since this is the second negative experience I’ve had with the same employee, I felt it was important to report it in hopes that it can be addressed.
