This McDonald's has subpar service. They forget napkins or they stick them under your food, so they are difficult to retrieve. They toss non sterile ketchup packets that you never asked for or wanted on top of what was your (hopefully clean) fries. There are other things that are bad there, but we don't want to be mean about specific people. It's bad customer service!

Very interesting experience. My wife placed and paid for a mobile order through the McDonald’s app. Once she checked in at the restaurant in the app, the order number was generated, and she sent me a screenshot of that number so I could pick it up. I showed the order number to an employee. She checked and told me there was no such order. When she noticed that I was showing her a screenshot rather than the live app, she immediately focused on that. I explained why: my wife had placed the order, checked in, received the pickup number, and sent it to me so I could collect the food. At that point, instead of simply checking again, the employee started arguing that the order wasn’t there and essentially told me that it wasn’t her problem. That was the part I found especially strange. The order had been paid for, the app had already generated a pickup number, and I was standing there with that number. I wasn’t asking anyone to create a mystery order based on my word. So I asked for the manager. And then came the impressive part. Within about thirty seconds — literally — my supposedly nonexistent order was suddenly found, completely assembled, and handed to me. Apparently the most effective search function at this McDonald’s is asking for a manager. As for the food, unfortunately that part was much less impressive. I’d give it about a 2+ out of 5. It looked like McDonald’s food, but somehow barely tasted like McDonald’s at all. The coffee, on the other hand, was genuinely very good. I really enjoyed it. So: great coffee, mediocre food, and a paid order that somehow went from “doesn’t exist” to fully prepared and in my hands about thirty seconds after I asked for a manager P.S. One detail I forgot to mention: the whole situation took about fifteen minutes — fifteen minutes just to pick up an order that had already been paid for. What bothered me most wasn’t even the mistake itself. Mistakes happen. It was the attitude. When she finally handed me the order, she was still quite rude. I asked if she wanted to say anything to me — basically giving her an easy opportunity to end the whole unpleasant situation on a friendly note. Something as simple as, “Sorry about the confusion,” would have been more than enough. Instead, she just said “No” while walking away, with her back already turned to me. That pretty much completed the experience. Fifteen minutes for an already-paid order, unnecessary arguing, and not even the smallest attempt to make things right afterward. Definitely not worth the time or frustration

One of the few restaurants in Oroville I haven't gotten food poisoning from. However it seems like the new management is not running the ac. I see streamers blowing around but it's like 90° in here. It's got to be horrible for the people that work here. Not the place I want to stop and eat at on a hot day
