This particular McDonald’s location has been underwhelming for years. For some reason, their food seems undercooked (but in recent years, I have only gotten breakfast most recently an undercooked sausage McGriddle). Years ago, my son got an order of oatmeal that had quite a bit of water. The staff seems dedicated and eager to please, but for some reason, the food from this McDonald’s has often been lacking.

If i could give 0 i would i worked in fast food for 4 years and the people at this location are the most condescending and rude people I've ever met. I was asking which mario toys they had (you can tell by the number on the box) and was told they had Bowser and Toad. I made the purchase and checked the toys and they were the wrong one. I tried to tell them that I received bad information and wanted a refund and they insisted the toys were random (which they aren't) but fine no big deal. I just wanted to refund which was finally permitted after several accounts of being publicly humiliated, berated, and interrupted by the shift leader who insisted on gaslighting me any chance he could. All they had to do was look at the number on the box and say "we only have 04" and i would have been fine. When that failed they could have just said "apologies for the miscommunication" but no, I'm having a panic attack now from the emotional abuse of this horrible human being that somehow is allowed to be a team leader and several incompetent employees that rather give wrong info than admit they don't know. Even if they said they can't check for whatever reason that's fine, but SAY THAT, don't gaslight me saying you have one you don't have just to get a sale and don't tell me they are "Random" when I worked in fast food and can tell that they are individually numbered in clear view. And definitely don't antagonize me for trying to make a return. I wish I got the guys name but sadly I was so frustrated I didn't think of it. But that man deserves to be fired

Close down your drive thru! Every single time some rude lady tells me to pull around the front because of their service timer. Could be just a cheeseburger and fries for my daughter. They don't even ask or say it nicely anymore. "Pull around to the front" *closes window and walks away*.. The front is always a Complete mess and they tell everyone to wait in a number stall THATS ALREADY OCCUPIED. Can we PLEASE just get an In N Out in Oroville. This McDonalds is terrible. I absolutely hate going there.
