  This location SUCKS! Had us waiting FORTY FIVE minutes outside for 3 burgers. It’s like this every single time we go there. Do better Mc Donald’s! Hire people that actually wana work and take their job serious! Food is always cold and on top of that order is wrong 8 times out of 10. Go to Willows location! Avoid this location at all costs!

  This place is horrible. Walked in and didn’t know how to use the automated kiosk. There was nobody assigned to the front that could actually take a physical order. Everybody was in back they knew we were out there, but nobody came up to help. No one was speaking English, so there was no way to talk to them. We finally ended up walking out and going next-door to Burger King because we weren’t gonna wait any longer to try and get help, that obviously nobody was interested in giving us

  The people were super friendly and kind. They were so busy that they couldn't keep up with orders. We ordered 20 minutes before we got there, so we could just pick up and go... Wound up waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes before order was completed. The staff was by no means sitting on their thumbs, but they just couldn't keep up. (We were not the only order that took over an hour to be fulfilled.) Then, the food... While hot, and fresh (?), didn't taste quite right... My husband thought his nuggets tasted like cigarette ashes. Idk what to say, but if possible chose a different restaurant... I really hate to say it, since the staff really seemed to be trying, but until they can staff their kitchen with people sufficient to create orders quickly (it is supposed to be "fast food" right?), and correctly (with fresh oil?), visiting here will only be a frustrating and disappointing experience.
