    I like this Dutch Bros for the fact they have a drive up window and a walk up area I don't drive so this makes it so nice to be able to walk up and order and it is friendly and nice and fast service they don't forget their walk up customs love it and it is upbeat good vibes

    You need to know what u want as there is no menu. Coffee was pretty good! No atmosphere as it is a walk up from outside counter.

    Customer service here in Orland was NOT GOOD. I tried to get the girls attention about 10 times before she finally heard me, she was too busy chit chatting with her girlfriends to pay attention to the PAYING customer! These drinks aren't cheap It's a treat for me when I go, you at least expect to be paid attention to!

    Went through this morning about 5:30am. Ordered 3 drinks. Don't really know what was ordered since I was just the driver. All I heard was one of the drinks was very watered down and not blended well. It was like the workers were in a hurry. Then one of the others didn't have everything that was ordered. We were in a hurry so that's the reason why we didn't park and walk up to the front. I've personally have had this problem with dutch brothers more often than not. I don't there still but only for black tea since that is pretty hard to not mess up. I've chosen 2 other places in town to go to for my more exclusive drinks.
