I had come from the Williams Dutch Bros, and they made me the most terrible drink, I was so upset. So I came by the Orland, Dutch bro, and the ladies here were so amazing! I showed them my drink and they remade it. No questions asked. Although they did have some questions as to why in the hell anyone would’ve let me leave with a drink that looked and tasted like that lmao. The girls that helped me out were Lainey, Jasmine and a couple others on 9/28. They were so sweet and empathetic. They really made my day! I definitely will be stopping at this Dutch Bros on my frequent trips down south instead of the Williams one. ❤️☕️ Thank youuu!!!!

Every time I go to Dutch Bros I always have a pleasant experience. Big shout out to the lovely group from Saint Helen's, Oregon. My spouse and I were leaving town on a family emergency 1100 miles away from home. I went to pay for my order and they said it's on the house. I have been a consumer of Dutch Bros for the last 10 years. Every DB stops on our road trips the service is great. The food and coffee or tea drinks are very delicious. Thank you.

I like this Dutch Bros for the fact they have a drive up window and a walk up area I don't drive so this makes it so nice to be able to walk up and order and it is friendly and nice and fast service they don't forget their walk up customs love it and it is upbeat good vibes

You need to know what u want as there is no menu. Coffee was pretty good! No atmosphere as it is a walk up from outside counter.
