  Stopped by with my family today to see the Dodger game. Vayda came by shortly after we were seated and was super nice while answering all our questions about the menu. Food arrived in a timely manner even though it was busy and was received without any issues . I especially enjoyed the steak and shrimp pasta as well as the Luau Punch cocktail! will definitely be back soon for another game night!

  Theres a ring of people that come here regularly that prey on you to steal your/our card and management CANT AND WONT do anything for you, even with cameras all over the ceiling. They run their theft ring knowing that they can get away with it with nothing more than a smile. With all the mangers and security on site, they do not have access to said cameras. I advise you stay away at all costs and visit Round One or another competitor as they may treat this seriously or try to actually rectify the situation. Only rated one star as it doesnt let me post with no stars. And FYI we were high paying regular customers!

  I came to this Dave & Buster’s location to watch the Rousey fight this evening, and unfortunately the service was terrible from start to finish. We were seated in front of the bar area with the large screens, and our server, Isaiah, was extremely inattentive throughout the night. When we first sat down, I ordered a Diet Coke while the other two people in my party ordered drinks as well. Their drinks arrived immediately, but mine never came. I sat through the entire first fight without a drink — not even the water we had also requested. I eventually flagged Isaiah down and said that if the Diet Coke hadn’t been entered yet, I’d like to switch to a different drink instead. It was obvious the order had never been put in, and he assured me he would bring the new drink out right away. Once again, nothing came. After flagging him down a second time, he blamed an “IT issue” with the system and said he would personally grab the drink. He then returned with the wrong drink entirely. I try to be patient and understanding, but by this point the experience had become frustrating and unacceptable. Because of the poor service, I decided not to order another drink. We had originally planned to stay for dinner and only ordered appetizers during the fight, but ultimately chose to eat elsewhere because we no longer wanted to spend money at this establishment. To make matters worse, after paying and tipping, I noticed we had still been charged for the Diet Coke that I never received. This level of service is completely inexcusable and honestly makes me never want to return to this location again.

  I came by during a quick layover to grab a drink and some food during happy hour. A friend and I sat at the bar. He asked one of the waitresses for a menu and she said that it was the bartenders job. Strike 1. A simple request for a menu shouldn’t just fall on one of the team members. We waited a while and someone finally took our order. I ordered a cheeseburger and my friend ordered a side of fries. He got his fries first. 30 minutes pass and I still hadn’t received my burger, but a customer next to me who ordered after had gotten their food. We ask to check on the order and she had an attitude about it, but said it should be coming out shortly. I wait another 10 min and still nothing. My friend requests to cancel the order and asks for a refund. Rather than the other bartender make this a priority so we can be on our way, he proceeds to take more orders and make more drinks. Another 10 minutes pass. Then we had to wait for a manager to have them cancel the charge and produce a refund. After all is said and done, do your job. You are in the service industry and if you plan on having an attitude and not being helpful then please stay home or find something else you are passionate about or work somewhere else that will put you in a better mood. We were nothing but polite until we had to be stern and ask for a manager to come out asap.

  Had a great experience at Dave & Buster's! Even though it was extremely busy, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. A special shoutout to Roxy, one of the managers, who was very kind and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. You could tell the whole team was working hard despite how packed it was, and the customer service truly stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back!
