I asked an employee wearing glasses about my order, and she told me it would take about 5 more minutes. I said okay and waited, but I noticed she was not preparing my order. When I politely asked again, she rudely told me to “just wait.” After several more minutes, I had to complain before she finally started making my order. My order ended up being about 10 minutes late, and her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Management should address this employee’s behavior because customers should not be treated this way, especially when they already ordered ahead to save time. I will not be returning to this Chipotle location anymore.

I feel like a lot of problems can be fixed but either the management is horrible or the owner is cheap and doesn’t care. You’d think by now with all the ones star reviews they’d change. They don’t wash their lettuce! I had to throw out my whole bowl because it was covered with DIRT. I didn’t notice until I started to mix everything and it was turning into MUD. THIS IS HOW PEOPLE GET E.COLI. food borne illness, like do they not have their food handlers cards?? Everyone should stay away from this place.
