  I absolutely love CAVA, but this time I was nearby this location in Orange, and service here was so horrible. The gentlemen named Marvin who is actually an assistant manager at the place was so rude, I felt biased attitude towards me, I never faced this in any other places. That is a hundred percent unacceptable from the place.

  I had one of the worst experiences at this CAVA. The restaurant itself was dirty, with tables that hadn’t been cleaned and the overall place feeling very unhygienic. The customer service was even worse. One employee in particular, a white lady, had an extremely rude, dismissive attitude and came across like a total Karen. She seemed to intentionally give the smallest portions possible and acted like every little thing was an inconvenience. What really frustrated me was that she kept saying everything was an extra charge, even for sides that are supposed to be included if you simply ask for them. It felt like she was making up rules depending on the customer. Between the dirty restaurant, terrible attitude, tiny portions, and misleading information about the menu, this was a very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

  Been here before and didnt have the best experience, stopped by again today and Brandon was the gentleman who helped with my food. While i was on the phone handling a business call he took care of my bowl with perfection. Thank you Brandon for the service you provided and making me feel comfortable about my order appreciate you and hope you get some acknowledgment from the rest of the Cava team. Food is always fresh cant go wrong when it comes to Cava.

  It was my first time coming here. I really liked it. It felt like it was the comparison of Chipotle of Mediterranean food. That Italian food is my favorite. I thought it was extremely delicious. I had the bowl of the lamb custom with a side of beef and green salad feta two hummuses the red bell pepper hummus and the regular hummus with all the extra pickled veggies on top. Extremely delicious and healthy and satisfying. Very satiating real top-notch flavor is fresh food and it was fast, prompt service.

  This is unfortunate I am leaving this review​. I am incredibly disappointed with the dinner I received from CAVA. I ordered a takeout bowl, spending hard-earned money, and what I opened up at home was completely unacceptable. The presentation was entirely unappetizing, looking as if everything was just carelessly thrown into the container without a second thought. It was visually unappealing, messy, and completely underwhelming to look at. ​To make matters worse, the bowl itself was practically half-empty. For the price point, you expect a reasonably portioned, full meal, but the amount of food provided here was a joke. The absolute biggest issue was the protein: I searched through the mess and found exactly three minuscule pieces of lamb hidden underneath a slab of toppings. Providing only three tiny pieces of meat is a terrible value and shows a complete lack of care or quality control in the kitchen. ​It honestly makes me wonder if the staff intentionally skimps on portions and quality when they are handling pickup orders. When you aren't standing right there in front of the assembly line ordering in person to watch them build the bowl, it feels like they just don't care. They hand over a subpar, messy product because they know you won't see it until you leave. I am leaving a one-star food rating because this experience was completely unreal. I will acknowledge the manager, Brandon for attempting to make things right. Update: this is what I don't understand I went down to see what they were going to do because I reached out to them. They didn't bring up my order. They just put something together for me and had me on my way. I don't understand why they couldn't just bring up my order to see what I had on there because they didn't remotely get it close. But I just left. I didn't want another one. I was informed just to come down there and ask for brandon. Now I have two dishes that I'm not eating. What I don't understand is this: if I'm allowed to put something together and then they just don't bother doing that what is the point of doing this? What time is more important and more valuable than a free substitute. I'm not going to be nice in this review all you had to do was ask for my order was or just look it up. They did none of it. I don't like eating out because every restaurant seems to do this and then tax the hell out of you for it.
