  Place is run so bad, will never eat here. I was sitting at my seat for over 15 mins until the bar tender finally realized I was waiting for someone to help me order. Please shut this down as I can't imagine it makes money to stay in business.

  If you online order expect to get your food about 1 hour after the time they tell you to arrive or you get there on time and some how your food is cold. Screenshot is when I got handed my order.

  Literal DUMPSTER of a Place. How is this place even open. As a Manager you can't be this Incompetent to be running a restaurant like this. Horrible service, horrible attitude, zero staff, zero help. DRIVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION.

  Went there to simply cashout 2 gift cards I received for Christmas. Not only were the employees completely helpless and incompetent, I was told by 2 employees that "it was not possible to cash out my gift cards and there was no procedure allowing them to do so". But actually as of April 1st 2026 California state law (Senate Bill 22) requires retailers to provide cash back for gift card balances under $15 upon request. This amends the previous $10 threshold to the highest in the nation. The law applies to "closed-loop" cards—those usable only at a single merchant or affiliated group. I informed them of the recent law change and asked to speak to a manager. I was told to take a seat. At this point was either just blatantly ignored or forgotten about. I waited for a 48 min. Let me also mention that the restaurant was not busy and an absolutely no reason why this should have taken nearly as long as they. I worked at a restaurant for 6 years I know how things work. I feel blatantly disrespected.

  We went to lunch there a couple of days ago. The service sucked, for lack of a better word. We had to ask multiple times for our drinks and appetizers. If we needed a refill on drinks they took forever to bring, but made sure to tells me I had to pay for my refill. When our food came, my daughters food didn't come. I had to ask several times for her cheese burger. The manager did take it off the bill which I appreciate. Over all the food was good. Not great but good, when we finally got it. Our server only had Big T on his name tag. He first told us that they were slow because of shift change. We got there at 12 an hour after they open. So I don't know what shift change there was. Then a while later after asking over and over for our drinks and food he told us that things were slow because they had new people working. I think he just didnt know anything. Im usually a very good tipper. I only left a 10% tip. I will never go back to that restaurant again.
