  Kento was so kind & hooked me & my staff up with some delicious eats. Everything was sooo good, from the food down to the drinks 😋 would definitely recommend coming here 10/10⭐️

  i’ve been curious to try bluestone but after my experience i don’t think i’ll ever come back. my friend ordered an iced coffee for dine in but it was never served to her. towards the end of our meal we checked the counter and it was there in a to go cup. to make things even worse, she didn’t even like her drink (it was a simple latte, pretty hard to mess up). i probably should’ve taken this as a sign not to order a drink but i did anyway because the iced milo looked really good in the online picture. while we were still at our table, i scanned the qr code to place a pick up order for the drink and i was given an estimated pick up time. 10 minutes after the estimated pick up time i decided to go inside to ask about it and the drink hadn’t been made. i was thinking about my friend’s bad drink experience and asked for a refund instead. the worker obliged to the refund but also started making my drink instantly. i felt too bad to take the drink and the refund so i took my drink and left. however, i was disappointed to get my drink and see a bunch of powder that had not been mixed at all. i should’ve taken the refund.

  this was my second time visiting this place and it disappointed me both times. the food took way too long to come out, and tasted mid at best. overpriced for what was served to me. my friend ordered an iced coffee for dine in, but it was prepared as a to-go order and when i went to go ask about it (after a half hour of waiting) it was sitting on the counter inside with her name on it and our table number. guessing they forgot about it? regardless, she did not get her drink until we finished our meals. and the drink was not mixed whatsoever. the server came around a few times and offered us water, but unfortunately we were never given water. we also had to ask multiple times to be given to-go boxes for our food. the place was also not very busy, so not sure what the disconnect was. i will not be visiting again.

  I feel that this location is a hit or miss every time I visit. Some days, the service and food/coffee is really good. I love the baristas who work here, they are so kind and sweet to customers. However, the interior is almost always dirty. There are so many empty tables with a bunch of dishes and napkins all over the place which haven't been cleaned-- I don't know if it's because of short staffing but this occurs a lot during slow hours too, which is kind of off putting since flies start circulating inside because of it. The food is not great (aside from potato wedges) but coffee is really solid
