It’s a fun place to enjoy a night out for large or small groups. Definitely get their appetizers. There wasn’t a bad dish from what we tried on the menu. Relaxinf and very laid back, good music good service. All around great night out.
- SHSam HSep 27, 20263.0I come to Topgolf in Ontario pretty often, and the atmosphere is what keeps me coming back. It’s a fun spot to hang out with friends or watch games in the bar area. The summer pass is a great deal for individuals and families, and I recommend making a reservation to avoid long waits. That said, the food, drinks, and service are inconsistent. The food is average overall, breakfast options are limited, and I’d love to see more variety on the menu. I used to order the tacos, but those were removed. I’ve also ordered mojitos that came without mint because they had run out, and they tasted like straight syrup. A heads-up before ordering would have been appreciated. Service really depends on which server you get, and there seems to be a lot of staff turnover. One particularly frustrating issue is being interrupted repeatedly to pay the bill before our game time is over. On a few visits, I asked them to hold off, but they continued pushing to close the check. A consistent checkout process that respects the time guests have paid to play would make the experience much better. I also inquired about golf lessons months ago and never received the information I requested. The only follow-up I got was about signing up for a long-term monthly subscription, which was disappointing. They recently added arcade games, but the pricing feels high. If you’re mainly going for arcade gaming, I’d recommend Big Al’s or Dave & Buster’s. Overall, I enjoy coming here for the golf and atmosphere, especially with the summer pass, but more consistency in the food, drinks, service, and follow-through would make a big difference.

- RDRodrigo DimasSep 12, 20261.0Showed up for a double date Friday night and , as expected, it was an hour to an hour and a half wait. But we got super surprised when we got our text within 20 minutes that our bay was ready and on the 3rd floor! That’s when it started going downhill though. We pulled up to our bay and it still had drinks and dishes left over from the previous party. Two bays over, the tables were clear and empty. We had to flag someone down to clean it, we couldn’t get switched over. We went through the normal things to play. We were just going to order through the QR code on the table but a server did offer to help us out so we gladly accepted. We got 4 waters, a beer, a pizza and some wings since we were only playing for an hour. We got our food before our drinks. When I asked the person who brought us our food, he let us know he had no idea where our drinks were. We didn’t get our waters (and my beer)until we had 29 minutes left of our game. Another family came to the bay next to us and got their waters at the same time we did. We’ve been here before and I hope this was just a one off. Just clean the tables before we get there. And hopefully have some waters before the 20 minute mark especially on these 90 degree plus days.

I recently visited for my friend’s 50th birthday, and overall, the facility itself was amazing. The manager was also very accommodating and did a great job responding to our requests. We played for two hours and ordered food and drinks. Unfortunately, our experience with the server was disappointing and took away from what could have been an otherwise excellent experience. First, it took approximately 30 minutes for the server to come over and attend to our group. When she finally came to take our order, her attitude was also somewhat rude and unwelcoming. For example, when our group of five players asked for two pitchers of beer, she told us rather abruptly that she could serve only one pitcher at a time. When we explained that one pitcher would not be enough for five people, she responded that we would each get “more than half a glass.” This was a rather ridiculous and unnecessary comment. I understand that Topgolf may have certain policies regarding alcohol service, and if that was the case, the policy should have been explained to us politely and professionally. From a customer’s perspective, however, it was disappointing to be told how much beer would be “enough” for each person rather than simply being given a clear explanation of the policy. The facility, atmosphere, and management were all excellent, but unfortunately, the service experience significantly affected our overall impression. I hope Topgolf management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that customers receive the same level of service and hospitality that the facility itself promises.
