  I come here to relax and just practice. My kids love the game screens and have fun everytime. I bought the summer pass and plan on using it at least twice a week to make it worth the price. The food is nothing special and expensive for what it is so I always try to eat before going.

  Very disappointed with my experience at Topgolf today. I have visited this location multiple times before. When we arrived around 9 AM, a server immediately started explaining how everything worked. Since we were already familiar with the venue, I told her directly that we did not need the introduction and did not want to waste our time. Later, I did vape briefly in the outdoor second-floor area. There were no visible signs saying vaping was prohibited there, and I honestly forgot because it is a habit. After being reminded, I stopped. The bigger issue was how the management handled the situation afterward. The server Kelly appeared upset, and Assistant Manager Chelsea approached us in a very confrontational way. Instead of trying to understand the situation or resolve the issue professionally, she immediately accused me of “talking to her employees like that,” even though I never used offensive language or disrespected anyone. I then spoke with the manager Bryan to explain what happened and asked for the corporate complaint email so I could formally report the situation. He repeatedly refused to provide it. When we were leaving, Bryan questioned whether I had paid my bill, even though I had already paid through the app. His tone and attitude were extremely rude. The most unacceptable part happened when I later went to the front desk simply to request the names of all employees involved in this incident for complaint purposes. Instead of professionally providing the information, Bryan was called downstairs and immediately asked whether I was “trying to make trouble.” He then threatened to call security and have me removed from the property, and even stated that he was not afraid of being reported. This was completely unprofessional behavior from management. Managers should de-escalate situations and help customers, not threaten them for asking for complaint information. As we were leaving, manager Bryan approached me holding the bill folder in one hand and aggressively questioned whether I had paid the bill, even though the payment had already been completed through the app. His attitude felt confrontational and intimidating. It was obvious that he approached me because his employee no longer wanted to deal with the situation herself, so instead of professionally resolving the issue, he chose to confront the customer in an aggressive manner. I have already submitted a formal complaint to Topgolf corporate and hope the company seriously reviews how this location handles customer concerns and trains management to behave more professionally

  I’ve been to many top goals, but none of them has been as bad as this top golf top that I’ve been to the reason why I say this is because the nachos they bought we’re broken into little pieces, which is understandable but when you skim out on the cheese that makes it nacho that is not right. It basically only covered about 10 chips so when I ask my waiter if we can get more cheese and let her know exactly what was wrong she said she didn’t know what she can do so I told her I would just pay for the extra cheese cup luckily, the manager comped us the cheese, but when she brought us the cheese sauce, it was below the temperature safety zone. also, when I put in an order for a turkey club sandwich, I told them that I would only get it if it has mayo and to put the bacon on the side, she informed me that they did not have any mayo at all, not even packets. but that the sandwich was already put in. after all those mistakes, I didn’t bother ordering anything else. our waitress never came back to even ask us if we wanted refills or anything, but would go to the table next-door and chatted away. We never had this experience at any other top golf we been to. And to add on to all this, it was not a busy night.

  Definitely recommend the second floor for people new to golf that have difficulty getting the ball up in the air. The better bays are in the center of the building. The virtual games make it fun for all skill levels you don’t really need to have any skill level to play.
