    Treated my siblings to brunch. Parking: Free parking lot. They’re located in a high foot traffic plaza, so finding an open spot can be challenging. Ambiance/Environment: They have a medium/large space with a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect for groups of all sizes. The decor is very cute and modern. Service: Our server was courteous, but she only checked on us 2x. It can be difficult to grab their attention. Throughput took about 20-30 min for everything to come out. Other staff were nice, but they were having conversations out loud which I thought was unprofessional. Food & drinks: 1) S'mores Pancakes (seasonal menu item) - Their fluffy pancakes were the main reason why we wanted to check this spot out. Looking at photos from other reviews, the presentation looked amazing and the pancakes were indeed fluffy. Unfortunately it was not the case for our pancakes. Presentation was okay, and the pancakes were collapsing. I did point out my concerns to our server, and she offered to replace them but since it’s like a cake consistency, it might still collapse. We didn’t want to wait for another set, so we decided to keep it. Surprisingly it tasted better than it looked! Definitely sweet but so delicious. 2) TUS Chilequiles - The chips were fried well and drenched generously. The avocado and other toppings were fresh. Good amount for one person. I’d prefer more protein, other than the egg. 3) Creme Brûlée French Toast - The French toast was decent. The top side of the toasts had torched sugar. The cream was also delicious. 4) Sweetella French Toast - Chocolate heaven. If you love chocolate, then these are for you. It’s named “sweet” for a reason. 5) Mimosa Flight - The flight was $22, and it comes with 4 four ounce different flavored mimosas. There’s orange, strawberry, lavender lemonade, & mango passion fruit. The flavors were good, but I’d prefer more alcohol. 6) Cookie Butter Latte & Iced Americano - Yummm! I love anything cookie butter. Their homemade cookie butter syrup was really good. This latte is on the sweeter side, of course. Americano tasted as expected. Pricing: Prices are what you'd expect from a brunch spot. Skip the pancakes. Service can improve. Vibes are great if you’re with family & friends.

    This place feels like a vacation! I love that they put thought on every food they prepare. I feel like whatever you order here is gonna be really good so you just have to give it a try and you won't regret it!

    The food was delicious! And the vibe is very cute, it’s picture worthy. The service was great, just a little slow but they also were very busy. Will definitely return when in the area.

    Adorable little breakfast cafe with souffle pancakes and all the other breakfast staples you could hope for!! The staff is super friendly and they have speciality lattes too! Literally a percect CA blend of Asian and Mexican influences, whether you want a Matcha, pandan latte, a Mexican sidecar, or even a Spanish latte, this little place has an eclectic selection to please everyone. Will definitely be back!!

    If the owners read this: please make there be a way to order a side of kimchi fried rice a la carte. I told the waiter they could charge me for two entrees, I don't care, I just wanted my tofu mushroom bowl with kimchi fried rice. I'm a vegetarian and I don't want any of the meat/egg that comes with the kimchi fried rice omelet and is apparently the only way to order it? The waiter said OK, but when my food came out (20 minutes after everyone else's food at my table) it was a kimchi fried rice omelet with a big pile of egg on top instead of the spinach and green onions I asked for. The waiter said sorry that's the only way the kitchen would let us order it. ....I am trying to give you my money here and your POS system and kitchen staff are apparently too finicky to accept it!? I don't care what the price is. The kitchen already has the ingredients. Please let me order some kimchi fried rice a la carte.
