  They updated the location just for the dine in to be closed and then employees expect me to stand in the drive through to get my food last time ordering from this location.

  If I can give zero stars I would. First off this is a new Taco Bell how is it your Fryer is broke to where I had to switch items in my order? I ordered 3 Supreme Luxe boxes couldn’t get chalupas because the fryer was broke so I had to get crunch wraps instead. That was fine. I then realized I had 4 kids instead of 3 so I asked for another order and they told me since the fryer is now working i couldn’t get a crunch wrap like the other 3 orders. I then told them give me a full refund of everything because I waited patiently when they didn’t have what I wanted to begin with. After that he told me I can place another order and get the crunch wrap little did I realize he charged for a 9 dollar discovery box that was totally different from the other 3 i ordered Lux boxes I didn’t realize that until I got home now 3 kids have the same thing and 1 kid have something different which is very disturbing dealing with kids.

  Of all the taco bells this might be the worst. Expect terrible service and for there to be something horribly wrong with your food. Im just grateful i didnt get food poisoning

  THIS RESTAURANT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL I came to order I simple burrito supreme on my dinner break. I had a $50 bill. They told me at the last minute that they don’t take $50 bills. It was not posted anywhere and they did not take $50 bills and larger they did not try to accommodate me at all and I was in the middle of my lunch break. I tried to explain it to the customer service associates and with no customer service no compassion very unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone…… And I park here all of the time so I went to Jack in the box instead…

  This morning stopped to get Breakfast which is needed from all the other fast food type breakfast. But the lady who worked there this morning, her demeanor and politeness made my day so much better, completely flipped it for me. Just a simple tone may not do anything for some, but it can mean everything to someone. Thank you for being polite, the wonderful lady who I thought was a Ai on the speaker at first.
