  Please do something about terrible wait times. Waiting on average 15 mins in a drive thru seems a bit much. Especially because I’m only ever ordering drinks. Going to a stall is no help. Seems like they’re way understaffed around lunch hour.

  If you’d like to order inside, you have to do it on a screen and it’s super loud.

  I love sonic!!! The blue coconut slush is the best drink ever.. the service is really fast n very nice ladies.. THE BEST DRINKS EVER!!!!

  I wanted to leave a review for 7/24/2026. We had been waiting for our mobile order and the girl came out and told us they didn't have ice cream. I had ordered 2 dishes and a sundae. We were offered shakes or blasts instead but I declined. I just wanted to say they handled the situation very well. They stayed kind amid what was a very stressful situation. They apologized repeatedly and tried to make it right. I always go here and I love it. They also told me I can go another day to get my ice creams. We still got our drinks and they were delicious as usual!

  No stars is not an option. Every time I come here my order is messed up. The last time I visited I checked the order before leaving the drive thru and it was wrong. I kindly asked them to fix it and got my order but I did not get the extra cheese I paid for. when I asked about it the employee lied and said it did have it (clearly did not, I have ordered this before and it wasn't the same). Then I check my other items and was given 2 wrong items(asked/charged for a chili wrap but got 2 chicken wraps) . I did the survey on the website, explained the mishap and still have not been reached out to at any capacity to fix the problems. Overall annoyed and don't plan on coming back again until things are made right.
