After a long wait, I found out my food had already been ready, and I was told I should have just asked. Mistakes happen. Telling the customer to work around your failed process is the problem. Especially when another storefront two spots down in the same food court managed to text me and hand me my food with no issue, same time and day. It’s hard to justify paying more here when an average Domino’s manages basic service better.
