  Me and my husband took our 22 month old son to rain forest cafe today for the first time. We had a reservation for 12:30pm and were able to be seated by 12:35pm. Our waiter was Jace. She brought our drinks out really fast and during this time the gorillas started moving and their eyes started lighting up. Our son was terrified and started crying. We asked Jace if we can be moved and she was able to move us closer to the statue water fountain which our son was able to eat and not be so close to the gorillas. He still cried when he heard them but he wasn’t as terrified as we weren’t sitting close near them. She was so attentive and asked about our food when it came out, brought us extra napkins and was also asked if we needed to go boxes. From the start to the end of service she was attentive and accommodated us. I would recommend Jace as your waiter. You won’t be disappointed.

  Fabulous experience!!! My husband and I hadn’t been in a really long time, but we both have great memories of RFC, so we planned our kiddos second birthday to be hosted there. We had an amazing experience! Ally was our server and she was freaking amazing and made the experience flawless for our big group, and Maria was the event coordinator that helped us plan everything 🥰 Our kiddo LOVED the gorillas and the thunderstorms and I think this was a very fun novel experience for him. The food was also incredible - fair warning that the taco salad is HUGE 🤣 Thanks again you guys! We will be back in the future!

  UPDATE: I reached out as suggested and received no response... so I reached out again and they made lovely promises and apologies but there was no follow through after two months. Best of luck to you should you decide to check out this endangered dining experience. It was not the experience I'd hoped for. Food came out wrong and my whole party finished before I was served. No ballon person except when he came to bar to say bye. Distracted managers in the store leaving team members to interrupt them to get merchandise from the back because almost nothing I was looking for was stocked. Drove 2 hours to celebrate here and it was like I went to dennys with a gift shop The penny machines were amazing loved the nostalgia!

  Had a great experience at Rainforest Cafe! The atmosphere is what really makes this place special—the whole restaurant feels like an adventure, especially for the kids. The decorations, animals, sounds, and overall jungle theme make it a really fun place to eat. The food was good, the portions were satisfying, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It’s definitely more than just going out to grab a meal; it’s an experience, especially if you’re bringing the family. The kids had a blast, and honestly, seeing them excited made the whole visit worth it. Definitely a fun spot for families and anyone looking for something a little different from the usual restaurant experience. We’d definitely come back!

  I wanted so badly for my kids and I to enjoy our experience. Both of my kids birthdays are this month so to celebrate we went here for dinner. The host was great got us sat for our reservation right away. Took our waitress 15 minutes to come over. She took our order right then and brought our drinks soon after. We ordered an appetizer for the table and a dinner salad to come before the meals. 40 minutes later two other employees started delivering our main course meals and I notified them that we had not gotten our appetizer or salad. The server did not come to the table until 10 minutes later apologizing for us not getting the appetizer or salad and said they would be taken off the bill and if we needed anything else. Which we had no condiments or even napkins so we did. She returned with the items and a couple of minutes later they brought out the appetizer and salad and said that they were on the house. By then we were 90% done with the meal. She only returned to bring the bill with bill in her hand leaving it at the table we told her we still wanted to order the volcano dessert to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. A few minutes later she returned and a birthday song was song and she left the bill on the table again. I felt so ignored and so rushed. Horrible service from that server. The atmosphere was nice the food was mediocre at best. A huge disappointment and we will absolutely not go back.
