  They forgot to put our order in . We patiently waited 40 minutes. My mistake, I should have asked sooner. I was trying to be nice. When I finally was able to track my waitress down and ask, she told me she would check. Ten minutes and she didn't come back . So I tracked the manger down. Told her now it had been almost one hour and our dinner had not been brought out. She said she would check it. She came back 15 minutes later and told us a lie that we had three tickets till our food. That they were so backed up. Which was a lie , since we saw tables that sat after us and served their food. Manager said she would take care of us. She took $13.00 off my total. Hour and fifteen wait for food. When the bill came , both of them disappeared. I paid it , did not tip and will be calling corporate for a refund.

  We met family from out town here for lunch on a week day. It was quiet, not many people. We were seated right away & put in our drink & appetizer order pretty soon after that. Those came to our table quickly, then we put in our lunch orders. Lunch also came quickly, & it was all really good! I imagine that the restaurant is pretty full on the weekend. We had a good time & our grand daughter loves it. Highly recommend for families with younger children.

  We didn’t know this was the last Rainforest Cafe in California! It was a nice weekday retreat. No wait at all and the food was surprisingly good. Asked for our server Amy’s opinion and got the blackened fish tacos. They were excellent! I super enjoyed my Brazilian Breeze. I got the “small” without the souvenir cup and it was a full sized drink. Our server was cheerful and attentive. Will come back again but I imagine it gets very busy on a weekend.

  My family and I chose to spend Mother’s Day at rainforest Café Ontario Mills Mall. I made a reservation so we didn’t have a wait time our server Amy was excellent and made sure that we had everything that we needed It was a very nice way to spend Mother’s Day. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was lovely and Amy worked very hard. It was a very busy day all in all. It was a great experience and we will be back soon to celebrate Father’s Day. We hope we have Amy again as our waitress!

  This was my first visit in probably 15 years. I heard recently that this is actually the last Rainforest Cafe in the entire state. We went with my family and baby nephew as a fun dinner for him, and the nostalgia from my childhood kicked in once we were seated. It was exactly how I remembered it growing up. We had excellent service, the food was just as good as I remembered. I opted for the mojo bones ribs and they were honestly some of the best restaurant ribs I've had in a long time. The portion was enough for two meals, and they were very good. We had an awesome waitress that you could tell really enjoys her job, and said that she is also the bartender. The atmosphere here is something that you will not find anywhere else, and it's uniquely enjoyable and one of my favorite things has always been staring up at the ceiling and watching the shooting stars. I'd also recommend the strawberry lemonade, which is excellent, and actually has pieces of fresh strawberries in it. I'll definitely be back!
