  Food was lack luster. Wasn't bad but wasn't like "thats really good!" It was ok. Service was there but felt like he was in a rush whole time. Drinks were also not amazing...average sugar concoctions. Atmosphere is what u go for. Except no fish in the tanks was wierd. Asked, and they said local college stopped taking care of? The restraunt chain cant afford to take care of a few fish? I guess its been empty for years. Amazing for little kids. I did see a kids eat free happens on certain night.

  Amy was our waitress and she did a terrific job of putting in our order and getting our food order right. Refilled our drinks before they got empty and brought me a yummy cupcake with candle for my birthday! Staff was great too in getting us seated right away, preparing our meal quickly and even to go drinks before we left. It’s been a few years since we’ve come to a Rainforst Cafe because the ones we normally go to when we are in town have been closing permanently unfortunately. It’s so much fun for kids here to see the animals! We like this location and Amy and the staff were very friendly and personable and in this AI age, it is so welcoming.

  The best experience EVER! My husband and I brought our kids for the first time to dine at Rainforest Cafe and we had an amazing experience! Our servers name was Lindsay and she made our visit extra special. The atmosphere was so fun and the food was excellent! Lindsay suggested some of her favorite entrees that tasted so good! The food came out in a timely manner & tasted mazing! We especially loved how she made sure to take care of our kids first while making my husband and I enjoy our food/drinks our dinning experience. Lindsay is professional and friendly and made us feel at home! We even celebrated our son’s birthday and she made that extra special. We will be back because of Lindsay!

  I grew up with rainforest cafe so there’s not much that can faze me. Of course if your coming always expect children and big birthday groups. It’s the name of the game. If you can’t handle it don’t go.😆 I always recommend setting a reservation because wait times can sometimes exceed 2 hours. Isabel the hostess was extremely friendly and made me feel appreciated. If you love kitschy and themed restaurants this is the last remaining Rainforest Cafe so enjoy it while it lasts! The staff is friendly and does the best in their circumstances. I saw my waitress getting a little exasperated and our drinks came out after our food. (Not the fault of the waitress; but the service well at the bar). I’m not mad but it frustrated my BF a little who wanted to start drinking before the food arrived. I enjoyed the food and our dinner 😄

  Our first time coming here and my heart was disappointed. I took my two grandsons ages 5 & 7. My food came first 30 min later. My husband's we were informed was given to another table so we waited 15 more minutes. Our waitress was kind; however there was a miss understanding and my grandsons food was never ordered, but order did come with in 10 min ( hot dogs and chicken nuggets). Kids meals were to be $.99 cents (Aug 5th) but we were charged full price as I forgot. Kadus the manager just brushed our food order off when I went to speak with her. She looked at me like whats the problem, your food is being placed now even though my husband still had to wait another 5 min. Just wasn't the experience I was hoping for. Yes, the food was good.
