  Very bad customer service. I requested a medium pizza. A male employee said it would take 1.5 hours, then I came back, he said 1 hour. In total, I waited from 12:00 to 1:30 pm. I came to order. He was with another second male employee. Still no pizza. I told him that I counted on his word. He lied to me from the beginning. After 4:00 pm I came to order. A very nice lady employee took good care of me. Before I placed the order, the second male employee, said that he was not serving me because I had disrespected his employee. I didn't disrespect him, I didn't raise my voice. I was upset for trusting him and waiting for one hour and a half to no avail. He was uncomfortable listening to my polite complain, and he agreed that I should write the review on Google.

  I showed up at 11:15pm and the lady said they closed at 11pm while the website says open until midnight. Please confirm your hours of operation.

  April did a great job making my pizza. Super friendly and hard working. If more young people were like her the world would be a much better place.

  Truly pathetic. One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Not only is the pizza terrible but no one is ever working. I’ve waited 45 minutes for a personal size pizza - that doesn’t include the ten minutes I had to wait just for someone to take my order. TA runs both this and the Taco Bell next to it and they do it with a profound apathy. The employees are so lazy they just told me it’s closed for the night, despite them listing 11pm as closing. It’s 8:30pm. If you can help it, don’t waste your time. If you’re a trucker like me and your food options are already limited, I wish you luck.
