  Came to pick up a carry out pizza, the girl with the tattoos did everything in her power to get my order to me and to make sure it was correct. Loved the customer service and my pizza was amazing! Thank you!

  Very rude guy at the front desk seems like he hates working here and it’s only there to collect a check. Worst customer service ever.

  This Pizza Hut Manager (Jessica) went above and beyond for me, as a customer. I was throwing a end of a All-Star Softball Season party for my team and we won a 100.00 Gift Card from a tournament drawing. The gift card was not registered or being accepted in any way or form. Jessica tried many ways to input the information and also still helping walk in customers. Jessica was very professional, understanding and patient with my situation. I ended up paying out of pocket, due to a bad gift card, but Jessica did utilize every source. I thank her for taking the time and energy for 1 customers experience. I don't live in the area, but if I ever need pizza around Upland / Ontario, I definitely will go visit Jessica. I believe Pizza Hut is very lucky to have Jessica representing this store in Ontario, off of Mountain. She is a Manager for a reason, I wish her nothing the but best.

  The service is amazing. Whenever I go and pick up a pizza and pay up they always ask me if I got any specials on my pizza and I never do. They almost always add specials to reduce the amount of money I pay for it. The food is amazing like always. 100% recommend
