    My nephew wanted a Happy Meal lei for graduation. I thought, maybe we should get the Happy Meals a day before and put them together, but my family said no, get it the day of. I mobile ordered breakfast in the morning and by the time I went to pick it up, they just switched over to the lunch menu. I went through the drive thru and ordered 6 happy meals, 3 with nuggets, 3 with cheese burgers and fries in all of them. Only two of the happy meals had fries, the rest, nothing which I was disappointed about that, but I didn't have time to go back and ask for them. I was going through it looking online for how people did their happy meal leis and one lady used Saran wrap. We ended up just using two rows of packing tape on each side of the happy meal, which created a double strap in the middle to put around his neck. I'm happy to report that it held up the entire time. Did it look a little janky? Yes, but once it was on his neck with the rest of the leis, it looked great. Also, my sister made him a Chipotle lei, but she didn't have the food in it, just used the container and cleaned it out and strung it together with cellophane wrap. Ours had the food in it still and people commented that ours even smelled like McDonald's and I said, "That's because there's actual food in the boxes." The kids got a kick out of it. Only thing, check your happy meal boxes to make sure they put everything in them because we were missing four fries.

    Waited forever to get my order when I’m in a rush and then when they finally bring it out missing two items….then my husband goes in to tell them we’re missing items and she accuses us of lying. Horrible

    I visited this location today and paid with cash in the drive-thru. When I received my change, I noticed I was short a few cents. I asked where the rest of my change was, and the cashier casually told me they were out of pennies. My issue isn’t the amount of money. It’s that no one communicated this before handing me my change, and the cashier acted like it wasn’t a big deal. When I explained that customers shouldn’t simply be shorted the money they’re owed without being told first, I was met with, “Well, I don’t know what to tell you.” I was then told to ask the next window myself, which shouldn’t have been my responsibility. After refusing to accept my food until the issue was resolved, the employee at the pickup window finally offered me a nickel. This entire situation could have been avoided with basic communication and customer service. Whether it’s two cents or twenty dollars, customers are entitled to the correct change or, at the very least, an explanation and a respectful resolution. Unfortunately, the attitude from multiple employees was dismissive and unprofessional.

    Today's timeline: I ordered online at 7:27 a.m. Arrived at 7:54 a.m. Left at 8:19 a.m. 25 minutes for a Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddle and Large Caramel Frappe with 3x Caramel and 1 Espresso shot. I was informed the espresso isn't available right now, but they are working on my drink. No refund offered for the Espresso. While I continued to wait I asked for an update on my drink and the manager said it's coming up. I then had to ask about the refund for the espresso shot. She said she would do it. I also explained I had been waiting for over 20 mins for my meal and her only response was "Wow." No apology or anything. She confirmed before refunding "One espresso shot, correct?" My response was, "Yes, unless you want to comp my meal for waiting over 20 mins." She said she wished she could. I told her I ordered online and I would like it back on the card. She hit cash instead on the POS and proceeded to give me cash instead. Yesterday and the day before were over 10 and 15 min waits also for online orders. I specifically place them online to avoid the wait. I cannot and will not continue to use your establishment with these constant delays. UPDATE: McDonald's replied three weeks ago asking me to send the same review to their "feedback site" for review which I did immediately. Nothing has come back. No care for the customers. Completely unacceptable.
