  The people there don't speak English, and when they do, their Spanish accents are very strong, making it hard to understand them. I don't think they understand us either. They got our order completely wrong, and we had to keep repeating ourselves. When we finally received our order, it was incorrect. We had to go back and tell them, and they thought we had called in the order, even though we went through the drive-thru. By the time we got our food, it was cold. We specifically asked for no egg, but everything had egg in it. It was the worst service I've ever experienced. We paid $47.00 for our order and didn't even get what we wanted.

  Went through the drive thru to order and the lady that took our order was so rude, heavily sighing and impatient. We were the only ones in the drive thru and when we went up to the window to pick up our food she was standing there chatting and when she saw us she made a face and turned her back. Other employees that helped were nice it was just her and she wasnt wearing a name tag but was older than the girl who handed us our food and our order wasnt right we were missing an order of fries which we didnt realized until we had left

  Gentleman was being dude, asking to give him my Bag back so he can check my bag, I was showing him as I was taking out my food to show him I’d didn’t receive ranch or BBq, when I ask he was like give me the bag back in rude tone, I started taking out everything I notice my fries where not even fill up what kind of service is this, I paid for my food and for you guys to hand out food like this is Crazy, you guys also need to train your team on customer service!

  I made an online order for breakfast and when I got to the drive thru window I had just missed the breakfast window. The reason for this review is that instead of someone notifying me that my order was canceled, I had to wait for over 15 min in the drive thru line and be told at the pick up window I wasnt getting any food. The person at the speaker could have mentioned this and asked if I wanted to order something off the lunch menu or even the person who gave me a receipt could of mentioned that my food order was canceled. Not even my receipt showed my food order was canceled. No courtesy, no customer service.
