I ordered the $5 shrimp and fish filet special, and a chicken thigh. The shrimp and fish filet were made to order, wait time 6 minutes. The order was perfectly fried, crispy crunchy, the texture was outstanding as was the flavor. It was breaded with a trace of corn meal, just like being in the south. The flavor was butter, a hint of sweetness, and a slight tang that opened up your taste buds, the shrimp and fish were perfectly moist and succulent. The chicken thigh was good, better than all the other places nearby the flavor was great with a hint of hot sauce. The lady at the counter was very sweet, I have a feeling I will be a regular.
