- VCViirginia Cobis.5 days ago1.0I don't know if you care that the customer bought something. I came to eat on 08/07/2026 at 12:30. A man named Carlos was at the register. The service was aggressive, rude, and very violent towards the customer. I don't know how you have staff who mistreat customers. This is the only Pollo Loco that has ever treated me like this. I don't know if they are bitter people, but at the register, the cashier is the face of the business, with kindness and courtesy in treating customers. I always came from Archibald to eat here with my family. The way this man treated us that day was aggressive and rude. All he needed was to hit me. I will never return to this place, and that's why I liked it. THE CHICKEN IS GOOD BUT THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

Es para que tuvieran más precaución con la comida !
