It was so dry and smelled so bad I couldn’t even eat it — I just threw the whole thing away. I get that a piece of chicken might only be worth fifty cents to a dollar, but is it really worth losing a customer over that? Friendly staff and fast service, but the chicken was so disgusting I won’t be going back to any Pollo Loco ever again.
