  Aggressive untrained staff! Mgmt doesn’t care! Go to another arcade! Main Event in Montclair or Game Lab in Riverside, and Round 1 has way better prizes and games. The service here is extremely slow if you sit at a table, and the bar isn’t any better, plus most of the bartenders are cold and outright rude, like they’re annoyed you’re there ordering a drink. I love arcades so I would go to play the games but I always dreaded trying to order food or even just a soda. I let it go bc I was there for the games! But recently I was so frustrated w the bartender at one bar ignoring me that I moved to the other bar, and surprise! He finally paid attention! And brought security to where i was sitting (still there! Didn’t run out!) to accuse me of bailing on my tab in front of everyone. He made a huge scene instead of just letting me pay my tab at the other bar. He got in my face, yelled at me, argued back loudly when I said I left bc he was ignoring me, and grabbed my drinks and stormed off after I said I was done and leaving. Everyone was staring, he humiliated me bc he couldn’t accept that he was in the wrong and clearly wasn’t trained to deescalate. He didn’t have to come after me like that, and it was so interesting that he suddenly had the time to be cruel and confrontational instead of taking the time to provide good customer service before i walked away. I called and complained and the corporate staff heard me out but didn’t do anything other than say “thank you for telling us.” I won’t ever be back to this location and after years of being a loyal customer won’t be using D&B for any parties, hang outs, gaming, anything anymore.

  Stopped at Dave& Buster's tonight, service was subpar. But the loaded nacho mountain sucked with not enough cold cheese, we asked for additional cheese because it was not enough and we were hoping that we would get warm cheese. The waitress brought it out. Said watch your hand, it's hot. It was not hot at all. It was COLD CHEEEESE, COLD CHEESE IS GROSS. HALF OF NACHOS iS CHEESE.. Next time make sure the cheese is hot!!!! We ate 3% of the dish, don't, do better.

  Look, my biggest complaint was watching the Dodgers give up multiple runs against the Padres. Came in Friday night to get dinner and have some fun. Was seated fairly quickly and had the opportunity to look over the menu. There’s some new things since the last time I visited. I knew I was going to be driving home so I tried a nonalcoholic mocktail, a blueberry mule. Pretty tasty. Because I know what I’m doing I ordered an Eat and Play combo with my favorite double burger. Cooked well, and the fries were good. A little messy — that’s how you know it’s juicy. I know I’ll be back, I have an absurd amount of credits.

  I went to D&B to watch the USA world cup game and let me tell you the vibes were on point. My bartender Ash was awesome, she saw no one had taken care of me yet and came and got my order. She made me the best guava margarita I've ever had. I'll definitely be going back just to visit her and to watch more games! If you're going to D&B lol for Ash, she definitely knows how to mix a drink! Also try the guava margarita with taking, it's delicious!!!

  Dave & Buster's what can you say kids love it because of the games adults love it because the kids have fun. The food is just standard American style food. Beverages are standard American style beverages. It's a nice place to bring family You always have a good time. This particular Dave and Buster's seem to be lacking in enough wait staff. Besides that still had a Nice experience and a decent meal YMMV
