  Devin the front bartender rocked for this Xennial. We came here for a moms night out and had a blast. We came back every drink and his bar was always clean and never had a drink or napkin out of place. Amazing service and sweet attitude. Christy his manager maintained an amazing atmosphere to help our server maintain his great service. Hands down, best in the mills.

  The ribs and sweet potato fries were very good, and so was the Henny's Strawberry something-or-other drink. Service... he tried his best, but it was rather slow and one of the guys at our table didn't even get his appetizer until everyone else was done eating (and got his entree at the same time as that appetizer). But I was really disappointed about the games. Hadn't been to D&B in a long time (over 20 years) and last time I was here, it was primarily an arcade that also happened to have drinks & food. Now it's mostly a restaurant that also happens to have some games. I understand that they have to change to provide whatever service people want in order for the company to survive & make money, I'm just disappointed that the arcade was nowhere near as good as I'd expected it to be.

  This was honestly the worst experience we’ve ever had at Dave & Buster’s. Our server was rude and extremely slow throughout the entire meal. We finished our entire meal before we even received basic things like water and sauces. To make matters worse, we were still charged for the sauce even though it didn’t arrive until after we had already finished eating. The billing situation was even worse. Every single person in our party had issues with their bill. What should have been a quick process turned into nearly 1.5 hours of trying to get everyone’s tabs corrected so we could finally go enjoy the games. We had clearly written out who was paying for what on each receipt, yet it still took approximately 8–10 attempts to get the bills corrected. By the time everything was finally sorted out, our entire party was frustrated and annoyed, and we honestly just wanted to leave rather than play the games we had come there for. Jeremy was the manager dealing with the receipt issues, and he was fully aware of how disappointed and frustrated we were. As someone who has worked in management myself, I would never allow a guest to leave that upset without at least trying to make the situation right. Unfortunately, not a single thing was done to acknowledge the experience or make it right. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was the biggest disappointment. We came to have a fun night with our party and instead spent a huge portion of it standing around trying to fix bills. After spending our money there, we expected much better service and management.

  Went for a Sip n Sing (karaoke) night. It was ok, they started late, and people should have been told a later time, if that were the case. Once getting started the hosts started working the crowd and walking around bothering people. I was touching up my lip gloss and he gets to me, and says "What's up lipgloss!?!? She over getting ready y'all!" Little did he know, I was NOT going up there.....I just wanted to see how it was. My Spinach and Artichoke dip was really good and the chips were good as well. After I left the karaoke event, I went onto the gameroom floor and so much had changed. Not as many games as back in the day, and practically ALL my favorite games were gone! There was nothing there that really grabbed my attention. Even the ticket redemption area took a downgrade. Like why?!?! Everything was fine before :-(

  here at Dave n Busters in Ontario Mills...today is my grand daughter's birthday so believe i know we will be spending a lot of money...so this guy sat me down n I was there with my g kids winnings n this other guy comes up and says I have to move cz he has a party of 7...I said we are a party of 5...he said...who sat u down cz the little plaque that says ask a host to be seated was left on the table...I said that I didn't know...Just some guy that worked there...n he said then he shouldn't have left this here (plaque) and he should have brought u menus...I told him we are not ready to eat yet cz they were out playing games...but he said...well I have a party of 7...n I need this table...he said I will help you find a seat...so i got up with all the stuff and the guy took off on me...I am a disabled senior n he could have cared less....I can't reach any body cz I have their phones...so they're out there spending all kinds of money....but I say this....this IS THE LAST time we come here...I'm sure they could care less cz it's packed in here...but it matters to me
