I had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s! The atmosphere was fun, the games were entertaining, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was a great place to spend time with friends and family. I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for a fun experience with good food, games, and entertainment!

We went yesterday and we were told the dining area was closed and we’d have to sit near the bar. This wasn’t a problem but as we sat down it was a seat yourself and we took menus and sat we then were waiting for a while before we noticed no one was coming to take our order. We then got up and kindly asked a waiter if she can come take our order because we’ve been waiting for some time she then proceeded to say she will come right over so we went to sit and she never came. We got up once again to ask another waiter and same thing they never came to our table, we seen them taking others orders but would skip our table very bad service.

This was mine and my wife’s anniversary dinner. I will say everything was mostly fantastic. Food was great, server and manager were very nice. Even asked if there was an occasion and we told him it was our wedding anniversary and he comped a dessert for us which we chose the milkshake. That was the first letdown. It was a bunch of ice chunks and we only knew that because the straw we served it with is so thin we couldn’t get the actual milkshake out lol. My last “complaint” was took forever to get our check. Which happens not a big deal. Overall 9/10 experience.

Went there for my son’s birthday dinner and had reservations for a party of 20 when we got there for our scheduled reservation they didn’t have any seats available for our guests then our server was nervous and confused kept forgetting what we ordered and would take 15-20 minute to bring out one meal we also ordered drinks that took 35 minutes to come out and on top of that most of the games are broken or need maintenance. They also charged me and my guests waiter tip 25$ or 30$ for what the service was horrible and the food was cold I will not be returning to this place waste of time and money.
