  I arrived at the restaurant starving because I was at work and headed to chipotle on my lunch break when I got inside she said hello welcome and then proceeded to tell me that they were out of everything mind you it was 10:35pm not going to lie I love chipotle and have been a customer for 15 plus years this had me furious.

  This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service my family and I have ever experienced at a chain restaurant. We were genuinely excited to eat here and introduce Chipotle to my in-laws, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. While placing our order, we were taking a moment to decide which sauce we wanted. The employee helping us at the counter seemed either to be having a bad day or simply had no interest in providing good customer service. He repeatedly rushed us, asking us in a rude and demeaning tone to hurry up and make a decision. It had been less than a minute, and there wasn't a single other customer waiting in line. I asked why he was being so rude and dismissive, and he responded, "My responsibility is to get your order the fastest way possible so I can help the next person in line." That explanation made no sense given that there was no one else waiting. When it came time to pay, I asked the cashier who the manager was. The cashier said, "I don't know." I asked again, but no one would answer. Eventually, the same employee who had been rude admitted that he was the manager. I asked him once more why he had treated us so disrespectfully, and he simply repeated that his job was to get our order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the entire experience left a very negative impression on my family. We will not be returning to this location, and I hope the company addresses the level of customer service being provided here.

  Given that this chipotle just opened I’d imagine they’d serve fair portions. Nope. Wrong. I ordered a chicken bowl and every single scoop was tiny (less than usual). The rice scoop didn’t even cover half of the bottom of my plate. The chicken scoop was insulting, I could count the chicken pieces. Cheese was one pinch and everything else. Don’t understand why they serve such portions, at least make it as advertised in the website, ads, etc. disappointed. I live nearby and was hoping to finally have more quick food options but will not be coming back and you shouldn’t waste your money here.

  Opening day, stale chips, extremely restricted portions for my bowl ( normal order pretty basic. 75% of what my bowl usually looks like) , heavily over salted steak, and stale tortillas. A little confused on the stale part as it was opening day. $65 for the whole family, usual orders. Hoping this is just a learning curve for the new staff.
