  Every table and counter in the place was dirty. I told an employee and they never cleaned the tables so we found a small table with barstools. They are so small I felt like I was going to fall off. The trash cans are overflowing. Also unfriendly staff.

  Upon walking in we noticed the majority of the tables were filthy. There was garbage on the ground, the garbage cans were overflowing and one bathroom had no toilet paper, and the other smelled like a morgue. I was utterly shocked how horrendous this brand new chipotle commenced out of the gate. Utter disgrace and I am a shareholder. The only bright spot were the two ladies behind the counter. Keep in mind the place was 10% occupied. Take notice corporate chipotle. I’ll be sending Mr. Boatwright an email next week.

  It’s new But all the tables were dirty . I asked them to clean ours n she came with a soaked towel I had to dry it with napkins ., the next table was dirty as well but she only cleaned ours ., not very inviting attitude.

  Had the most horrible experience at this chipotle and will not be coming back ever again. This completely changed my mind on the company itself. There was this large tall man of Caucasian decent who kept ignoring as we are waiting for our online order. He kept going outside and looking at us and ignoring us until we went inside. This was on 7/19/2026 around 10:05 pm. I hope this changes around and he loses his job.

  I’ve been to this Chipotle a few times now. My boyfriend enjoys the carnitas and at other locations it’s always quite juicy. For whatever reason, this specific location always has their carnitas very dry and quite jerky like. Not sure what that’s about but it definitely makes me go to other locations instead, even though this one is the closest to me. Staff and space are nice though!
