  Their customers service is worst, staff doesn't read the order properly when placed online and they talk too much amongst themselves. They miss things in order even after telling explicitly. Worst chipotle I have ever seen. They are new but their customer service is worst. Owners or management has to take note of it many reviews are reporting bad customer service.

  I made an order when I pulled up to get it they told me they gave my order away thank you offered a free drink which I didn’t receive very very poor customer service and I didn’t get a good reason why they just gave my order away I will definitely not be coming back thanks to the workers who were working on sept 12, 2026 around 9 pm and upon receiving my order I notice they didn’t give me my extra salsa. Management really needs to improve this locations quality service because you guys really suck at your job.

  I would like to thank the Ontario Ranch Chipotle for saving me money today! I was able to get a lunch for under $10, by going to Grocery Outlet. I tried to use the Chipotle App, to order my food ahead of my arrival, but I received 2 error messages saying that the app was not taking orders at this time. So I decided to just go in and order when I got to the restaurant. Normally there are several people working behind the counter with a cashier waiting to ring up the purchase. However, today there was no cashier. The person plating the orders was ALSO the cashier. This might not have been to bad, if there wasn't a line of 6 people waiting. On a lunch break, there is no way that I could wait for the 5 minutes it takes per order. That would be a 30 minute lunch by itself! My order that I tried to place on the App, was over $20 with tax! So yes, thanks Chipotle. I may just opt for my under $10 meal at Grocery Outlet in the future.

  You’re better off going to the 1 in the Eastvale up the street. Unless you like your rice crunchy.

  I understand the need to start closing at 10.30 but please don’t turn off your customer service,I have a long day of work and all I wanted was some food and nice interactions instead I’m greeted with read the sign ,the sign says several items are not available which is fine but the tone in which it was said I didn’t like,I wait around while the workers just talk around and use vulgar language which I don’t mind but I’m also waiting to be served which doesn’t happen for a while because the guy is wiping the food containers with a towel in front of me which instantly makes me question if the food quality is clean if a towel that is cleaning surfaces that are dirty is touching the food ,I get my food but I was treated like I was a nuisance,I just want to be treated like a valued customer regardless of the time
