She refused to give me napkins and when I showed her my phone with my phone with my birthday gift she asked doubtedly if it was really my birthday. When it came to my burrito I watched as she wrapped it and it actually already fell apart before putting it in the foil and instead of correcting it she just put it in. When I went back to the front counter another lady was kind enough to give me another tortilla, yet said as per company policy she couldn’t rewrap or make another burrito which I guess is okay. I hope Maria can treat the guests at Chipotle with a kinder demeanor with more care to the guests and works with more care toward her job. Best of luck!

All the other workers are chill and hook it up. If your going to charge people 15 dollars for a bowl, give them 15 dollars of meat instead of half a scoop. But he put so much sauce on my bowl it was like soup, i told him easy, and he put so much! Terrible. Chipotle, I want my money back damn it!

Then over did it with the toppings like literally cmon chipotle. Then got feisty because I scanned my rewards for guac and chips without telling her. It’s like at this point I just got a bowl of toppings. The chicken portion was cool but they whooped me out on the rice and beans. I remember when the burritos and bowls were heavy I’m walking through the mall and my chipotle bag is super light.

The very small amount of what this location is calling Steak was mostly fat on each of the small and little amount we received. The counter person said this is how they receive it with all that fat on each piece. First time this location and maybe the last. $34 for 2 of something and 1 drink
