  Went to Chipotle just for their cilantro rice, corn, and sauce on the side. While standing in line, the line suddenly started forming from the other side. The gentleman who came after me was courteous enough to acknowledge that we had been there before him. Unfortunately, that’s where the courtesy ended. The employee serving kept questioning whether I was actually in line, despite having seen me standing there. Then came the food—the rice was clearly burnt around the edges. I asked whether he could get some from a fresh batch, especially since rice was basically all I wanted. Instead, he simply scooped from another part of the same burnt batch, which was actually worse. At checkout, the staff seemed amused by the whole situation. I was charged for a veggie bowl, which honestly wasn’t the issue. What was completely unnecessary was the cashier asking, “Is it too expensive for you?” Seriously? Bad food can happen. A burnt batch can happen. But dismissive service, unnecessary attitude, and making a customer feel uncomfortable is something else entirely. Thank you, Chipotle. At this point, it would probably take Armageddon for me to come back.

  I picked up my mobile order and the bottom of the bag felt wet. There was a lot of rice and moisture on the bottom of the bag. I told the chipotle worker who handed me the bag and who was also the person working the online order food preperation counter that the bottom of the bag has food all over it. He said "Rice?" like he already knew. I said yes and he just stood there. I then proceeded to take my food out of the bag at the register and grab a new bag next to the register while he stood at the corner of the wall and his food prep counter about 6 feet away from me. I left my dirty, wet bag next to the same register. Before I left the register area, I took a picture of the counter where there is rice all over it with another person's to go order sitting on top of the rice. As I started to walk away, he said I left my trash ( the dirty, wet bag next to the register). I didnt respond verbally. When I walked out the door backwards, he was staring me down, so I gave him a see you later type point. 👉 Picture is of another guests order sitting on top of rice.

  The food is always good, the service is good but can be slow at times. The store itself seems to need some TLC at times since there is always something out, such as forks or napkins

  Horrible service had one person taking orders with the line outside took forever to get me order and when I finally make to the end they had nothing available no steak, no chips no lettuce after an hour of waiting I walked out with no food because nothing was available
