- WWWApr 23, 20261.0Extremely disappointing and discriminatory experience. As a delivery driver with mobility issues, I requested a simple accommodation at the drive-thru with supervisor shift lead Melissa. The staff blatantly refused, stating 'all dashers have to get out of the car,' showing a complete disregard for basic accessibility and ADA standards. To make matters worse, after making me wait over an hour, they still failed to include the customer's drink and several food items. Unprofessional, inaccessible, and terribly managed. I will be declining all future deliveries from this location
