  I took my wife for an eight course hasting for her 41st birthday, and the staff were simply amazing. Sat outside for a nice sunset With the first round of appetizers and drinks, then we moved in for the actual meal and every course was just over the top. For dessert, they brought us out glasses of champagne, and then after they took us for a tour through the Kitchen where they gave us another dessert which was amazing and they gifted us some soap that they’ve made with the leftover Phats and also another dessert or chocolates to take home. I would highly recommend this to any and everybody coming down here for the day the weekend or a vacation we will definitely be doing this One night from here on out Every time we come down to Oceanside, which is twice a year we do have a condo at North Coast Village that was a nice easy walk to dinner and a nice walk home.. I will tell you if you’re an old-fashioned fan the tequila old-fashioned are very proper.. Again, this is a must!

  Celebrated our anniversary with a delicious tasting menu! Beautiful location with stunning views! Staff was what you would expect at a Michelin Star restaurant serving a wide variety of specially curated Mexican themed dishes from locally sourced ingredients. Expect a 3 hour experience with some unexpected surprises along the way!

  My wife and I had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed, and the ambiance was the perfect balance of relaxed and upscale. The location in Oceanside is hard to beat, especially around sunset. As a huge Top Gun fan, having the iconic Top Gun house and motorcycle display right next door added another level of nostalgia and made the entire evening even more memorable. If you’re looking for great food, incredible service, an amazing atmosphere, and one of the coolest locations in Oceanside, this place is absolutely worth the visit. We’ll definitely be back!

  Truly a 10/10 fine dining experience. It was such a treat to experience the delights of the Valle de Guadalupe in Oceanside with all of the complex and elevated Mexican flavors you love. Service was top notch, Kwan was incredible. We did the tasting menu - all of it was amazing but the trout tom kha and corn ice cream were SO delicious and unique, just an incredible evening all around. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fine dining experience in north county.
