  The Shore Room is amazing! 🤩 The service was excellent, and the food was delicious🦪🦪🍺🍺😋 The atmosphere was perfect with stunning views. This day was the last soccer ⚽ game 🏆🏁 Spain Wins 🏆🏖️🍹🧉🏄✌️ don't forget to go to the beach 🏖️ if you stay here ask for chairs, towels and umbrellas, they are complimentary for staying at the hotel.

  Terrible service - no one came up to me to greet me or take my order. Took about 20 minutes for me to flag down a hostess to present my order. Hostesses are kind however - waitresses on the other hand? Forget about it. Flag a hostess down and give them your order bc the waitress won’t even acknowledge ya. No hustle on this side.

  Last night was our third visit and the worst one by a wide margin. We stood by the host stand while the service staff just looked at us which is so awkward. Our server took about five minutes to approach us empty-handed so I guess our first request is menus? We ordered the burger and requested to have it split in half and her response was “I can bring you a knife”???. We had to request the upsell for french fries …don’t you want to make more money? Come on guys

  Amazing view and atmosphere! Menu is on the smaller side. Spicy tuna bowl is great
