  Very good. The cinnamon roll was large enough for four adults to share. It was delicious. Service was great.

  This was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant we've ever experienced!! We were never approached to sit down and the busser told me to choose a table in the middle of the room and then seem annoyed after we sat down where he told us and then responded that the table we had chosen hadn't been cleaned yet. We had to lift up our place mats and glasses while he wiped our table down. We were all served warmed water but 15 mins later we still haven't been approached by our server. I had to get up and get us our own menu. We asked for ICE because the waters were above room temperature. Another 10 mins go by and our waitress had already promised us ice but it never came!! Maybe because we're Mexican she thought I was talking about the other ICE. I had to get up and go to the bar to ask for a glass of ice for my family. I was soo annoyed and parched. I ended up ordering a drink and took a glass of ice to my table. I spoke to the manager and explained how bad the service was and she said " I'll have a few soft drinks come out" and she apologized. We waited another five to ten minutes and those drinks promised due to bad service by the MANAGER, never came!! This is now the 4th time I got up from our table and had to approach the manager and let her know that the drinks she promised us NEVER came! I wanted to take my family to a nice restaurant because it was our first night in town. The service wasn't even Mediocre!!! It was absolutely 💯 % pathetic! The seabass was salty but the children's steak and my lamb was delicious. The bread was delicious also. I can make delicious food at home me but we came to get the full experience from the moment we walk in. This restaurant was not it!! Maybe if your family is the same color as a seabird you will get the best service!

  Overall really good. Service is spectacular. Food is delicious but on the pricey side.I would definitely come back again if staying in the area.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it was necessary. We ordered a slice of cake, and our waiter told us it would only take about 5 minutes. That seemed reasonable, so I waited near the counter. About 28 minutes later, I watched the staff place my order on the counter, yet no one bothered to hand it to me or even acknowledge that I had been standing there waiting the entire time. Not only did it take over five times longer than what we were told, but the lack of attention and basic customer service made the experience even worse. A simple “Your order is ready” or handing me the plate while I was standing right there would have taken seconds. Waiting nearly half an hour for a single slice of cake—after being told it would be 5 minutes—is unacceptable. The poor communication and complete disregard for customers left a terrible impression. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely can’t recommend this restaurant based on the service we received.
