  I wish I could give ZERO stars. It took 2 hours for us to get our food delivered. An hour past the guaranteed time. Finally arrives 20 minutes after we called and were told the driver was making other deliveries before us. No surprise that our pizza was barely warm because it sat in the back of a car for an hour. Feeding a family of 6, we spent quite a bit for barely warm pizza. Definitely will not be going back. Its unacceptable, Yes we did file a complaint with customer service too.

  Worst papa John's. Multiple times - over an hour for delivery, even though 1 mile away. Pizza and wings cold, not warm, cold. Have to heat in the oven to consume sub-par trash. Dont bother asking for well done crust or wings, they dont care. They just throw it together, toss it in a box and let it drive around the city for 40 minutes until its convenient to deliver. Last time I give this place a cent

  After waiting for an hour for my food to be delivered I decided to call and ask as to what the hold up was and the manager told me the delivery driver hadn’t left the shop yet even though it was already 20 minutes past my NLT delivery time. The manager then said the driver will be on the road in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later the driver is now finally on the road and upon delivery as you probably could guess my food was cold. For now on I will be tipping cash at the door based on delivery service instead of tipping on the mobile order prior to delivery.
