  Used mobile app on may 18th around 530ish pm and was told to go to 2nd window and wait. While I waited the 3 cars behind me got their food and left. So bc no one else was behind me I backed up back to main window. The guy at window was fairly rude. I asked him why did the 3 cars behind me get their food first. He said " bc you speed past them and their orders were first " wait what? It's almoat impossible to get in front of 3 cars even if i used other lane and all 3 cars did come after me. I told him I didnt speed past anyone and that I was there first. He was rude and said well that was his perspective. Why not just apologize and also give me my change back for the extra sauce I ordered at window. Why use an app if cars behind you will get served first anyways. I don't care if it's fast food have some respect and don't accuse someone of cutting in a drive through line when you know you didn't see that bc I know I didnt do that. I had passengers too and they were also baffled and knew I didn't pass or cut anyone. It's McDonald's not like they need my business and this one crappy spot.

  The food is typically the same... everyone knows their food. Im commenting on customer service and staff.... even though the staff was fine. BUT.... the fact that we are forced to use the kiosk... now they have a sign stating that... really sucks. Especially, when you dont use it enough to be proficient and in a hurry. If you have a question staff doesn't check the front counter to see if people are waiting to ask question. Delivery food drivers have to wait. While i was waiting, the staff didnt come out to check the counter after 5 minutes. I placed my order but opted to pay at the counter... that was a whole other deal..... its just sad that they dont take orders anymore... You HAVE to use the kiosk first... prayer that you ordered correctly....

  THIS McDonald’s is now the WORST in north county, use to go here all the time and it was fine but now the efficiency is AWFUL! McDonald’s needs to do better and corporate needs to know. Get MORE workers to help with the kiosk and getting condiments. OR put the condiments and napkins out so we don’t have to constantly ask for them. It’s so hard to get anything here and it’s really sad, after purchasing food it takes ages to get condiments, napkins or ice. Really sad to see the decline in service here.
