  Love this location but I experienced something disheartening today. I was eating in the lobby with friends when I saw an altercation between an older employee and a customer fighting, with the customer claiming the employee was saying foul stuff behind her back. Most of the employees speak Spanish, which I am fluent in, and I can confirm there was no foul play and the costumer seemed to be instigating with the employee. The real issue occurred when the manager was brought in, and instead of de-escalating the situation, she proceeded to bring out the employee to CONTINUE talking to the customer about the altercation, which followed with the customer complaining and saying extremely rude remarks to the employee. What was baffling was that the store manager doing nothing. Extremely unprofessional; I hope this story can help to protect their workers!

  This location is a joke. The amount of money you will waste here is phenomenal. They will not get your order right, it will taste inedible, it will take forever, and they won't pack it properly. $20 minimum and y'all still can't do even the bare minimum at your job?! I can't believe anyone still eats this slop. It was already bad before, but this is crazy AND overtly expensive. A joke of an establishment. Whoever manages this should be embarrassed.

  Inside visit around 10:45 PM on 03/14/26. A Hispanic Employee Maybe 20 was Extremely rude while we were paying with EBT and spoke negatively about us over her headset where we could hear. Very embarrassing and unprofessional. Do Not Go
