  Worst coffee of my life that nearly costed me my life! Stopped here for a cup of cofee becasue I had a long drive home late at night approximately 11pm. I got an large coffee, and I saw the price jumped up from the first screen, as the young man helped me on the large computerized kiosk. He swiped my card without telling me the price, and did not give me a receipt. When he gave me the coffee, he said that he could "really water it down if I'd like". I said "NO" but thought that was such a strange thing to ask. Why would I want "watered down coffee?!". Coffee usually keep s me wide awake but drinking this, I nodded off 3-4 times on the road waking to swirving out of my lane. I missed my exit to another highway, and it took me an hour longer to get home. I didn't understand what was happening to me. Then I scrutinized the taste of the coffee, and in fact, it tasted more like "coffee-flavored water". I immediately stoppoed at a Denny's in another town, and immediately with REAL Coffee, I was wide awake. This place is dangerous!! They going to kill someone with their fake watered down coffee. I am going to demand a refund and call my credit card company. You don't screw with people's coffee and give them WATERED DOWN COFFEE!!

  Charging for bags is insane! Charging for sauces is insane! What do you mean would you like to purchase a bag for ten cents just so I can get my food not handed to me by some old ahh hands. Make it make sense.

  Stingy, won't give condiments with order. They were super rude about it. App doesn't let you add sauces, so no way to get them. Only reason to ever stop here is they do have a nice play area.

  Terrible location don’t ever order from here. I’m telling everyone that it made me wait over 10 minutes for my online order. Also their screen that’s supposed to display. The numbers has been broken and hasn’t been working for months could be years for all I know, but I did everything on my end via ordering the app double checking it trying to make sure it needed an update. Nobody else had to wait as long as I did. I was the only customer that had to wait over 10 minutes and then the workers at the counter told me I have to come and tell them.after I place an order and I don’t have to do that! They get notifications when somebody places an online order or uses their in person Kiosk at the restaurants. I’ve already contacted corporate over this issue. It’s not me. It’s not even the app it’s the restaurant itself. It’s this stupid location. I hope they get shut down and I’m not gonna stop reporting them. I’m going to the next level up. I don’t care if they deserve it, they shouldn’t have been targeting me and treating me differently. They should’ve made my order as soon as they made everyone else else’s. Now they’re gonna pay!
