  I’ve been here about five times now and unfortunately something has been wrong with my order every single time. The first time I got home and realized items were missing, so now I have to double check everything before leaving the drive thru because they almost always forget something. Luckily this time my order was complete, but when I grabbed some fries on the drive home they tasted really stale and overly salty, like they had been sitting out for hours. It’s just disappointing because it feels like every visit has some kind of issue. Hoping they improve their consistency and quality.

  Normally the food and service are great. In the afternoon and evening. Morning shift the workers wait an hour after opening to open the drive thru and serve people. Newsflash pal, you’re working. Get with the program. Same deal with the other McDonald’s on base too.

  This locations has great service. Disappointed that the play area is still closed and we’ve lived here almost a year. Would be great if that could be repaired.

  Waited 20 minutes for our food from curbside. They finally came and forgot some of our meal and all the food is cold. Super disappointed for a “fast” food joint.

  Over and over again they either get an item wrong or dont give you everything you PAID for. I wouldn’t make a big deal normally but it’s happened multiple times. This time it was a 5 dollar item (ramyeon fries) I’m getting really fed up with the workers being careless.
