  One of my favorite things in life is the original glazed donut from Krispy Kreme. This place specifically is always clean, has plentiful donuts that always taste yummy and fresh, and has nice staff. I love all their iced coffees as well, and the seasonal donuts which makes it so there’s always something new to try! Have the app to make sure you get rewards. Lastly, it’s very convenient that’s it’s off the 78 and 5! Super easy to get to

  I have never been treated with such disrespect by an employee in my life. From the moment my family walked in, the employee's attitude was hostile, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of treating customers with basic courtesy, she spoke to my mother in an aggressive and demeaning manner that made us feel unwelcome. The situation escalated to the point where she was raising her voice and creating an uncomfortable scene in front of everyone. The employee involved knows exactly who she is, and her behavior reflected terribly on this business. Be ashamed of urself. What happened was so upsetting that my four-year-old brother started crying because he was frightened by the way she was speaking to our mother. No child should have to witness that while simply trying to buy donuts. A customer-facing employee should never treat people with such disrespect, hostility, and lack of professionalism. If management truly cares about customer service and the reputation of this location, they should take this complaint seriously and review how customers are being treated. This experience completely ruined our visit and ensured that we will never return.

  wanted to update my previous review. After sharing my concerns, I received a sincere apology from Brenda and a personal phone call from Luis, the manager. He took the time to listen, understand what happened, and genuinely work toward making things right. We all make mistakes, but what truly matters is how a business responds when concerns are brought to their attention. I appreciate the professionalism, respect, and effort they showed in addressing the situation. That level of customer service speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. Thank you, Luis and Brenda, for reaching out and turning a negative experience into a positive one. Because of the way this was handled, I am updating my review to 5 stars and look forward to visiting again.
