I’m a longtime vegan and tbh, it’s pretty hard to impress me just because I’m lucky to have been to so many great vegan restaurants. However, we were so wowed by the incredible burgers, Rueben, and macaroni salad, along with the homemade soda. Everything was fresh and flavorful down to the homemade buns. Scott was fantastic, let us in early, and talked us through the entire menu. We’re considering a future trip back to San Diego just to eat here again. 11/10.
