  This particular El Pollo Loco had great service and the food was delicious. However, the air conditioner was set so low it made eating there very uncomfortable. Myself and my guest found it hard to enjoy our meal.

  This is a great location to get dinner to go! I love using my app to have the food ready by the time we get there. What I loved about this location is the staff, extremely polite and friendly. This location gives the right amount of salsa. If you ask for more, they are completely nice about it. Other fast food places get upset or try to charge you extra. The food was fresh, healthy, and delicious! Definitely one of our go-to places! If you see the sign on the wall thay says "Be the reason why someone smiles". You are in the right place! Thanks Pollo Loco staff!

  I order a bowl with just chicken and rice and ask nicely for extra rice because I'm not getting beans or anything else. They absolutely refuse to do it. This is the only restaurant I have ever been to that doesn't do this automatically let alone refuse to do it. They have the rudest employees here! The managers are absolutely the worst.

  Hey this place served hot food fresh food good food that's all I need for five stars everything was delicious and the people at the drive-thru were very nice 👍
