  My favorite thing at El Pollo Loco is the Original Pollo Bowl meal. It comes with a drink, chips or tortillas, and salsa. For a little bit extra, you can upgrade the drink to a large. It's a great value! They also give a senior discount if you ask for it. The last time that I went to El Pollo Loco, I treated my friend. I used a coupon that came in mail. Both of our meals together came to less than $20!

  It was Sunday around 11:30 and the chicken was very, very good. Browned on the outside, but moist on the inside. I had the leg and 2 thighs, along with the side of beans, everything was very good. For me brought half of it home or a little more than half

  Amazing place! I went there for lunch with some friends and ordered the street corn salad based on an employee's recommendation. It was incredibly delicious, all the different flavors blended together perfectly. I would definitely come back. The service was also fast; in less than four minutes, we were already enjoying our food.

  Very nice employees, my mom had trouble with the APP and was giving us a hard time but the General Manager and the shift leader both helped us out which we are really grateful for which is rare to find now days. The General manager did guilt me thinking I sent a complaint about them online which isn’t true, I tried contacting customer service on the app first since the offer wasn’t working but no agents answered and just kept sending me to a bot which is why I sent a complaint online on how the app and the agents failed on us not the restaurant or the employees cuz they are amazing people here.
