  I would like to recognize Karina for her outstanding customer service. In the past, my experiences at this location have been inconsistent, but Karina has consistently provided a welcoming and positive experience every time I visit. She is always friendly, patient, and respectful. She takes the time to engage with customers, makes genuine conversation, and helps with menu selections without making anyone feel rushed. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist have made a noticeable difference in my visits. Employees like Karina are a valuable asset to any business. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service skills reflect very well on your establishment, and I appreciate the effort she puts into making customers feel comfortable and valued.

  The food is terrific. I can see that the cook staff is working hard in the back. The people at the cash register are not friendly at all. This place used to be different, friendly. The cashiers appear annoyed to be serving you. They are annoyed if you don't catch their rapid-fire English spoken in low tones with an accent and with a noisy kitchen behind. This has happened to me several times. I am done with this establishment. I wonder if the manager is aware of the rude vibe they are giving off at the front. The place was empty so it wasn't a stress type of environment.
