- BTBoston Traveller2 days ago5.0Ordered online and the food was done on time (a shocker compared to other Chipotle's I've been to). The order was accurate and tasty and had more than enough guac etc. The order wasn't on thepickup shelves when I got there, but I was very quickly asked my name and it was brought out to me quickly (seems like they might just not leave them where anyone can grab them anymore). I ate inside and the seating and atmosphere were fine. I have no complaints about this location and thanks to all the staff for swift service!

The worker was fine with it, didn’t mention an extra charge. I get to the end, and I find out they changed my order to a vege burrito bowl and a side of chicken. Pretty disappointed that the worker failed to mention I’d be charged for something that I’ve done countless times here. At least keep it consistent, do you charge for having your protein put on the side or not? Pretty shady if you ask me.

I am not getting what I paid for. The management should be ashamed. I ate the first one last night and it was the same story that’s why I took a photo before I reheated the second one today and very little chicken less than even a half serving. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ON UBER. Demand more when you go in the store because this is BS.

The line moved very quickly and the service was outstanding. Every employee was friendly and kind. They were very efficient and it was a great experience. Well done Chipotle!
