- KJKamel Jones Jr.Mar 23, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at this Albertsons location. While shopping, I witnessed a manager speaking very rudely to an employee in the deli section. The manager was berating him, snapping her fingers, and making comments suggesting he should already know how to handle a situation without proper training. It was uncomfortable to watch and not the kind of professional or respectful behavior customers expect to see. My checkout experience was just as frustrating. As I approached one of the open registers, the cashier saw me coming but immediately placed the “closed” sign on the belt and turned off her light. I then went to self-checkout, only to look over moments later and see her reopen the lane and allow another customer to check out. Overall, the lack of professionalism and inconsistency in customer service left a very poor impression. I hope management takes steps to improve both employee treatment and customer experience moving forward.

One issue keeping this at 4 stars: the sale signs posted throughout the store don't always reflect what you're actually charged at checkout. Today I bought 4 twelve-packs of soda based on a Buy 2 Get 2 Free sign — my membership was accepted at checkout, but the discount didn't show up on my receipt. Still waiting on a resolution. It's worth double-checking your receipt before you leave, especially on sale items. I'd bump this to 5 stars once the pricing consistency gets sorted out — the store itself genuinely deserves it.
