  I called this location twice because I was having trouble placing an online order. The first time I was left on hold for about 4 minutes, and the second time for about a minute. When someone finally answered, they said, “Hello, thank you for calling Domino’s.” Confused, I asked, “I’m calling Wingstop, right?” Instead of correcting the mistake professionally, I could hear multiple employees laughing before someone said, “Yeah,” and then hung up on me. I never even got the chance to ask for help with my order. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had. If this is how customers are treated over the phone, it’s hard to have confidence in the overall operation of this location. After this experience, I won’t be returning to the Oakley Wingstop. Based on how I was treated, I can understand why this location has so many negative reviews.

  Whoever answers the phones here is rude as hell. called because online ordering wasn’t working and she didn’t say excuse me or hold on just started talking to someone who walked in. Didn’t put me on hold or anything. It’s not the first time I’ve called in and was spoken to disrespectfully. I’ve kept quiet before but you can’t go around being rude to people and expect them to come back. This Wingstop is going to fail because of the employees behavior. Maybe do some training on how to speak to people.

  It says open on google but no one is here and as a driver always on the road theres only a few places open around 9 for my lunch and it’s unfortunate that a brand new wingstop isnt open yet
