I regularly order from this establishment as it's very close. So today I ordered a meal for my daughter and I to share I was only able to eat 3 of the boneless wings because they tasted off and now 4 hours later we are both feeling nauseous, my child is suffering from diarrhea and vomiting and I'm here with nausea and severe stomach cramps. I called to request a refund and was told I would have to bring the food in and provide a doctor's note before they can issue a refund. I've never in my life been told I'd need to go spend money to get a refund. Again I regularly order from this location. After this debacle I unfortunately will not be purchasing from this location any longer. Maybe it's the employees not wearing gloves while packaging food maybe the food was just bad. But all that for a 20 dollar order is ludicrous to me. Oh I was also told someone else got an order around the same time and they haven't called to complain hence why I need a doctor's note.

There’s one person working the entire store working the orders for everyone, good-luck placing an order.

I called this location twice because I was having trouble placing an online order. The first time I was left on hold for about 4 minutes, and the second time for about a minute. When someone finally answered, they said, “Hello, thank you for calling Domino’s.” Confused, I asked, “I’m calling Wingstop, right?” Instead of correcting the mistake professionally, I could hear multiple employees laughing before someone said, “Yeah,” and then hung up on me. I never even got the chance to ask for help with my order. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had. If this is how customers are treated over the phone, it’s hard to have confidence in the overall operation of this location. After this experience, I won’t be returning to the Oakley Wingstop. Based on how I was treated, I can understand why this location has so many negative reviews.
