- JVJessica Vitelli3 days ago1.0I put an order in at 1115 at the kiosk. There was a group of 5 who ordered after me and and they got everything quick. I finally said something after waiting 20 minutes and I didn’t get the food until after 11:40. This is ridiculous. What happened to fast food. What happened to customer service. And they didn’t give any sauces. The fries were cold the nuggets were stale tasting. They’re having a rough time clearly. I will be asking for a refund. This was ridiculous. And I had to walk to the counter more than 5 times. Now I’m not one to be an asshole and make a scene but are you serious. No apology. No accountability. This place is so messed up.
