    I love the Oakley location. I get a blended scarecrow freeze with an add shot. Whip cinnamon sprinkles and caramel on top. I always make sure to leave a good tip. As everyone here is always nice friendly and my drink is always on point.

    I kept trying to give this location a fair shot because it’s close to me but enough is enough! I placed a mobile order and still had to wait 25min for it upon arrival, being told we are working on it is the 1st lie. Then when I got my drink, the autumn berry myst energy refresher, it was missing the fruit topping. I asked the worker if it was mine because it didn’t look like the picture and he stated it was, that it just sat out too long and the fruit dissolved. It made absolutely no since, and I’m showing him the picture of the drinking telling him it didn’t look right, he literally lied in my face saying it was right, but that he would make a new one so I could see. I said okay but I’m taking a picture of the original drink first (see below). He made me my new drink (also attached with the fruit topping) and this time adds the topping, but instead of admitting he forgot the fruit topping on that 1st drink he continues to lie in my face and says that he made it the same way. Fruit does not dissolve, especially when the topping is fruit chunks and lying to a customer is unacceptable. Maybe there should be an older supervisor working with the younger workers, because they clearly need supervision and more training. Please let your workers know that it’s better to admit to their mistakes, things happen.

    Coffee is great but this location is EXTREMELY SLOW. There is no point to ordering ahead. Each time I have tried ordering ahead my coffee isn’t ready until 15-20 minutes after my designated pick up time.
