  For my taste, this will be a poor substitute for Plank when that closes. 1 shuffleboard, 2 air hockey, 3 skeeball, 0 pool tables and 0 pinball. Of the 4 D&B locations I've been to, this was easily the weakest.

  Seated with no server on duty, placed order after 30 mins, food took forever, no drinks for 20 mins, salads were extremely small portions for a dinner, the chicken wasn't even a full chicken breast with 8 nuts on top, server was nice, but she was not attentive after we ordered.

  Our server Dom was cool NGL.. The hostess (2) were very dry they didn't greet us didnt make anyone feel welcomed from my observations. I honestly dont think this place is going to last long. Seems to me like 90% of the workers lied on their application saying "they enjoy giving customer service". Now im not saying to be annoying but damn they all seem like they come here for a check just to go home. Again Dom was cool. But yall need to do better in the hiring process of employees. I dont think my drink was made right either Im pretty sure my beer bottle is supposed to be full on the loco rita it came damn near empty.

  Had a great time at the new Dave & Buster's in Oakland. Big shoutout to Joey, our server—he was on point all night and made sure we were taken care of. Since the place is brand new, you could tell they were still working out a few kinks and things felt a little unorganized at first. But once they got into their groove, everything came together and turned into a really good experience. The food was solid, the games were fun, and the overall vibe was cool. If you've got a little patience while they continue to get everything dialed in, this spot definitely has the potential to be one of Oakland's go-to places to turn up, kick back, and have a good time with friends and family. Looking forward to coming back. Joey definitely helped make the night a good one. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

  Made reservation two weeks before going, the plan was to take the kids to celebrate the end of 5th grade on a Friday night. When we arrived we were informed by the general manager that reservations that were not prepaid events were not being honored because it was nba playoffs and the wait would be 40+ minutes. Looking around at the empty dirty tables, the 15 people in line for the host stand, and the level of stress everyone worked seemed to be under… we just left. It was disappointing. Don’t take reservations if you don’t take reservations.
